About Minerva Stage
In 1996, Kathleen O'Mara founded Minerva Stage in Williamstown, Massachusetts to introduce children and young adults to the plays of Shakespeare. Since then, Minerva stage has worked with thousands of students in myriad aristic, expressive and academic projects - Minerva Stage is committed to the development of educational programs for students interested in the Arts. Ms. O'Mara has been teaching theatre since 1992, providing students of every age the opportunities to explore the world of theatre - from Shakespearean works to the vibrant plays of the Harlem Renaissance to cutting-edge original work created by the students themselves.
